Agreed-upon Procedures

Agreed-upon procedures are carried out when we are appointed to issue a report of findings based on specific items (factual findings report). The client takes responsibility for the adequacy of the procedures we agree to perform. In this engagement we do not express any assurance, rather, the report is on the factual findings of the procedures performed.
